Technical Support Analyst
- POSITION SUMMARY:
- Handling all technical aspects related to support and configuration in the electronic trading software environment.
- Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to efficiently resolve production issues.
- Product installations and customization according to user needs.
- Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
- Solid experience with MS Windows environment.
- Knowledge and experience with some scripting language is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial trading industry is a plus.
