POSITION SUMMARY:
Handling all technical aspects related to support and configuration in the electronic trading software environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivering, customizing, and supporting cutting-edge software products for the financial trading industry.
  • Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to efficiently resolve production issues.
  • Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, troubleshooting.

For its Dnipro location, InfoReach is looking for talented Technical Support Engineer interested in a challenging and diverse role in a team of like-minded enthusiastic people with strong technical and customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interacting with traders, developers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to efficiently resolve production issues.
  • Product installations and customization according to user needs.
  • Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, troubleshooting.
  • Creation and maintenance various Perl/BeanShell/Groovy scripts
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Solid experience with MS Windows and Linux environment.
  • System administration/DevOps experience is a huge plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge and experience with Java and some scripting language is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

System Administrator/DevOps

For its Dnipro location, InfoReach is looking for talented System Administrator/DevOps Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support and maintenance of Windows and Linux server systems in our corporate headquarters and within our data centers.
  • Identify opportunities for improving system quality, service availability and for suggesting improvements to processes and tools.
  • Installation and maintenance of various tool for software development teams (GitLab, Subversion, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Solid experience with MS Windows as a system administrator
    • Windows Server 2008/2012
    • Active Directory
    • MS Exchange 2010/2016
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP and related technologies
    • IP routing
    • BGP
    • IPSEC VPN configuration/troubleshooting
    • Juniper firewall configuration
    • Wireshark/tcpdump - ability to capture packet and troubleshoot the TCP issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration
    • CentOS
    • Ubuntu
  • Virtualization systems
    • Citrix XenApp
    • VMWare ESX
  • Good command of English
  • Git, Subversion administration experience is desirable

Java Developer

For its Dnipro location, InfoReach is looking for a Java engineer who will join product development team to implement new and continue improving existing features of the trading platform.

WE USE:
  • Java SE, XML, SQL, JMS, RMI, Swing
  • IDEA, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Solid knowledge of Core Java (2+ years hands-on experience)
  • Good understanding of OOP/D principles
  • Good understanding of unit testing, CI practices
  • Experience with Swing framework is desirable
