For its Chicago location InfoReach is looking for talented Technical Support Analyst interested in a challenging and diverse role in a team of like-minded enthusiastic people with strong technical and customer service skills.

Technical Support Analyst

Handling all technical aspects related to support and configuration in the electronic trading software environment.
  • Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to efficiently resolve production issues.
  • Product installations and customization according to user needs.
  • Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, troubleshooting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
  • Solid experience with MS Windows environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with some scripting language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial trading industry is a plus.
